Monthly plan credits refresh each month and do not roll over. Annual customers receive rollover flexibility, allowing firms to build extra capacity ahead of busier periods. Rollover limits vary by plan and rollover credits expire after 90 days if unused.
Yes. You can add MAX credit packs when your firm needs extra capacity for campaigns, workflows, seasonal onboarding, prospecting, advisory scans, or content creation. Purchased credit packs roll over until used and expire 12 months after purchase.
