With our recent release of TeleAccountant™, we have taken the stress out of scheduling and hosting online meetings. Gone are the technical difficulties of setting up apps, delayed logins, and missed appointments. With TeleAccountant™, we use browser-based technology to drive your online video meetings, making it easy to get your clients online in seconds.
New in release 2.3
Audio and video detector
Before a user starts a meeting, our welcome screen detects your client's video and audio configurations, making it easy to connect and get your meeting running smoothly.
Built-in chat lets attendees ask questions and share links.
Appointment and document sharing
The appointment module allows attendees to easily collect and share private documents directly in the meeting interface.
Improved screen sharing capabilities: allows sharing of applications, browser windows, and more.
Mobile screen capability
We have improved the screen layout and navigation for mobile users.
We have opened up the platform to allow multiple attendees. We are developing a webinar version that may include an add-on fee, but everyone can enjoy the added capacity for free for now.
Attendees can select “speaker view” to get a larger window for the featured speaker.
This easy-to-use tool securely captures photos of your clients' IDs to help you comply with customer laws.
3-Month TeleAccountant Product Roadmap
Improved file sharing
We are working on cleaning up some bugs and limitations with the document sharing tool.
Next up on our product roadmap is the ability to record and save your meetings. You will access the recordings through the Dashboard, and the feature will include a purge function for security.
Our virtual background tool will let you polish your user experience with our default virtual backgrounds, or you can create your own. We are so pleased with the feedback we have received so far. Please keep it coming as we continue to evolve TeleAccountant™ to help you save time and improve your clients’ satisfaction. We have big plans, so this is just a snippet of what is in the development pipeline.
