The changes I have seen are great. I love that we can now push a password change for our clients. That is much better than the option before, praying that their email was secure and not hijacked. I also really like that the portal window shows our business name. Being generic before was a little awkward for some of our clients. Well done. I get a lot of compliments on my website, the FaceBook posts and the LinkedIn articles. My practice revenue has grown 58% so far this year over last year's total. If I hit my targets for the 4th quarter, I'll be up 80% for the year. I attribute a lot of this growth to the website. Interestingly, I really hadn't planned on this much growth...
I recently did a promotion including the summary of the new tax law (side-by-side comparison) and got a great response. It truly is so awesome to have great, relevant, helpful content. You guys are the best!

Everything is working very well in the portal and in Documents in particular. Very smooth! I also wanted to let you know that I am very impressed by you, your colleagues, and the company. ClientWhys has truly been a blessing to my company. They allow me to concentrate on taking care of my clients' needs, while they handle all of my marketing concerns. Their service is always prompt and efficient.
I have received some really good feedback about the on line appointment scheduler from my website. Client's really like to be able to see my availability and schedule directly instead of having to call in. It has given them additional choices in scheduling a convenient time that works for their schedule. I have also received feedback saying that it shows that on top of my game. The confirmation emails and the appointment reminder emails have also helped reduce no shows to a minimum. Rescheduling is easy and convenient. I have used the online appointment system for about 80% of my new clients and it really has helped me to keep costs low and work more efficiently.
BTW I just took on a new client, a Disney Exec., who found my website and contacted me for corporate work (side business) and personal tax work. Score another point for ClientWhys! Sincerely, Chuck Andrew
